Outagamie County Divorce Records

The Outagamie County Circuit Court Clerk is the official custodian of divorce records. Individuals can access these records for free or by paying a fee. Free access to divorce records is limited but can suffice for individuals who only need the information for personal reasons. Anyone who wants to view divorce case information for free may use the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access portal. They will need to enter a name or case number in the appropriate search box to conduct a search. The portal returns statewide data, so users should narrow their searches by selecting the proper county.

The fee-based search method is more comprehensive and provides access to copies of divorce records. Interested persons can submit a request by phone at (920) 832-5131 or by fax at 920-832-5115. The Circuit Court Clerk will email the requested record to the requester upon receipt of payment. Copies of divorce records cost $1.25 per page, and payment can be made by credit card. Record seekers may also visit the courthouse in person to obtain copies of divorce records. The business hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
